huddling

Huddling belongs to gatherings.

It takes place during breaks, but also during any kind of meeting – a seminar, an open forum or even a celebration.

And while during teaching huddling can be a source of whispers or even disturbance (to say the least), causing at times a couple of raised eye-brows, they do play in important role.

As a form of parallel communication, they allow group members to relate to each other more personally, comment on the instructor or teaching content, appropriate the learning process and connect it to personal experience.

Huddling appears to be insignificant, but yields great power!
