We collect some of your data, in order for this website to be able to operate properly, to improve your browsing experience and be able to record some data for statistical reasons. We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, according to data minimization and storage period limitation principles. For all the above mentioned reasons, your data will be kept for at least 3 years following our last communication. Furthermore, we adapt the retention of your data to possible variations that may arise as you exercise your rights regarding your personal data.

Access to personal data is only possible to Kipos’s members and collaborating organisations/ bodies that need to be aware of such data in order to provide their services to us. The procedure for processing any request regarding the above mentioned rights will be the following: we will evaluate your request and will reply to you regarding its progress (approval or request, partial approval of request, rejection of request) as soon as possible and in any case within one month from its submission. In case we reject your request regarding the aforementioned Personal Data Protection Rights we will inform you about the reasons for rejection. You have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the regulator and The Garden Data Protection Officer.

We maintain the right to reject requests that are unreasonable, repetitive, disproportionate technical efforts or have disproportionate technical consequences, risk the privacy of others or cannot be implemented.
